We understand that navigating therapy costs can be overwhelming. That's why we've established a clear, upfront billing process. We are committed to providing you with all the necessary information regarding fees, payment methods, and insurance options, so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Session Rates

• Initial Intake Appointment: $220.00 (60 minutes)

• Individual Therapy Session: $180.00 (50 minutes)

Payment is due at the end of each session. We accept cash, checks, health savings account cards and credit cards.

Insurance and Reimbursement

At this time, Renew Behavioral Health is an out-of-network psychology provider, meaning we do not directly bill insurance companies. This allows us to focus on providing the best care possible, tailored to your individual needs without the limitations often imposed by insurance plans.

However, we can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt of services provided, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your coverage for out-of-network mental health services.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee. This policy is in place to ensure that we can offer the time slot to another client in need.
